Topping up FairFX card with debit card:

Hi!

May I ask how long does it take to top up FairFX card with debit card? -Is it instant  or do you have to wait BACS days  (3-4 working days?).

It's never been instant for me but usually within an hour or so. It once took till the next morning when I did a top-up in the evening. I remember thinking I had missed out on a Ryanair "offer" as the balance didn't show as available till the next morning. However, the price had come down even further the next day when I booked so no harm done.

M card usually tops up within a few minutes.....maybe 10 minutes.
Might depend on how much you are topping up with.
My top ups are around £150.00...........

I had the same problem and said I wasnt happy. They said that I was best to do things in office hours but had never had a problem before (normally an hour or so)

I complained and they eventually said it was a human error and gave me £10 credit.
