Alliance Taxis and Kingkabs are the main operators. The local council set a maximum fee which the last time I heard was £2.40 for the first mile then £2.00 for each subsequent mile. Llandudno is quite a small, compact town so most trips would be less than a mile. If you're staying in the town and reasonably fit and healthy you'll find most places are within walking distance so you'd be better off saving your money to spend in the bar at Venue Cymru.

The Premier Inn is on the Little Orme and is actually in a fantastic position overlooking the town. It's maybe just over a mile from Venue Cymru, so you'd probably end up paying the extra £2.00 for a taxi. Unless you specifically want to stay in a Premier Inn I'd give this one a miss as there are dozens of places that are both cheaper and more conveniently located.
