Thanks Emms for posting my piccy of the sweety box! even after all the instructions i couldnt do it but thanks to the rest for the help too!

Just to say my OH loved it and every nurse and vistitor who has seen it in hospital says what a great idea it is and how much it brightens up his table in hospital - so im sure anyone would love it for xmas id be happy to give advice but to be honest it really was so simple!

    Hi everyone

I bought these baskets today in Ikea http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/products/20107161

they're £5.99 here, but in store they were reduced to £1.50 each so i snapped up a fair few. I don't know if this is just my local store or if the reduction is nationwide.

    I hope it helps someone!

Awwwww there very cute will look great done you'll have to psot pics when you've finished..x

I am making two baby baskets and two children's as they all have so much it is easier to buy lots of little things ie brush and comb, sweets etc. I'm just wondering whether to wrap any of the items individually before I put in basket so they don't know what's in there?? Or, do you think that will spoit the whole look of them?

Im going to wrap mine with celeophene but with crepe paper/xmas paper inside it so that they cant see through, depending what it looks like when I actually try it that is!
