I went to a florist today and asked for some plain cellophane ... was told £1/mtr .... now, is that normal or am I just a tight (_|_)

I went to birthdays the card shop and got 2 1/2 meters for £1 also another card shop i go to sells 2m rolls for £1. Partners also do it....id look around or get it off ebay if you are doing lots.0 -
this might sound daft but- when hampers are done and they are cellophaned how do u secure it at the top ??? do you just use ribbon or do you use something else under the ribbon and bows??? just so i know :-) any help appreciated!!!!! and where is the cheapest and best place to get nice bows???:jTrying to save as much as i can :THave started my christmas hampers :-)0

i always use an elastic band and then put the ribbon over it
