Hello everyone,
I've been avidly reading this forum for a while now, and have been interested in all your hampers and baskets. I want to make a basket for my sister-in-law for her birthday but I don't have much time and it's my first attempt at one! I'm seeing her at the weekend, so I'd like to get it sorted before then (not much time I know). Her and my brother have got two little girls, (2 and 3 months) so I thought a sort of 'pampering' basket would be nice.
So far I've thought of some little candles (maybe tealights with nice glass holders) to go around the bath, some bath bombs or bubble bath bars from Lush, a face mask, a mini bottle of wine, a good book (or DVD but I know they have a Love Film subscription so maybe not), some cosy socks and some chocolates.
Does anyone have any other nice ideas?0 -

Sounds fab to me, only change I would make is 'lots of' chocs :rotfl:
I'm currently reading Garden Spells by Sarah Addison Allen and its fab so can recommend it as a good read:wave: If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -

Hi Shaz, welcome back, hope you had a fab holiday!
I remember seeing gingerbread house kits in Ikea last year for about £2. Didn't think DS1 would appreciate it last year but plan to look out for them this year, makes a great addition to a pressie for anyone really! If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -
