Thanks for all the praise. I love doing fiddly things (I call it clarting-you geordies will know what I'm on about)
The baskets cam from Tesco 2 for £3.99, Wilkinsons £1-£1.50 and Instore £1.99.
I am going to try the marshmallow idea as I do think it will make a difference!
I would love to see everyone elses as swapping ideas is great.
    ;) Newbie Comper ;)
Wins so far-crunchie bar, Friends DVD set,
Clynol shampoo + cond, LUSH Christmas set
  • OK, here is mine. I've only done two as all my family live abroad and I try and send light things, to keep the postage cost down.
This one is for the inlaws, it cost £25 including the basket but it is for two people. I used coupons and vouchers to keep the cost down.

This one is for my partners Aunt and Uncle, it cost £9.50 including the basket, once again using vouchers and coupons.

    Hope the photos work.
  • Sorry forgot to say that I loved your baskets, especially the gardening one. Thanks for showing us. :T
  • Second Wilkos for baskets, that's where i got mine (quite big ones with handles, as i'd prefer them to be re-useable).

I've just finished (except cellophane) one or two of mine, so might post a piccie later :D

    Gorgeous, kaja :T

  • I picked up the Green & Blacks Chocolate and cocoa when I was doing my shopping, a bit at a time. I used some of the Asda mis-scanning coupons each time and so effectivley got it all free!

  • The current free Asda magazine, all the coupons except the xmas cake one scan for the full price of the product. I think there is a thread somewhere.
