  • After reading this post I'm so impressed, so much so, I might even mange to at least try and make a hamper. I have a few free samples I've collected, and some of the special offers I've purchased from knowing of this site. I will call it my MSE 07 hamper, and give it to my best friend. She laughs and shakes her head, when I tell her about MSE (she doesn't understand computers, maybe then she will).
  • wow aisle21 your hampers are fab!! Especially the one for SIL which is v coordinated!!! I am thnking about doing a couple of hampers for OH's mum and dad and this has inspired me!! Thanks

  • I went to a florists yesterday and was told £1.50 a meter .
I think I will get it from ebay for around £5-6 for 10 meters.
  • Back in August I was charged only 20p a meter for cellophane at my local florists. I wonder if the price has gone up a bit now?

I used flat cellophane, cut into squares and then bunched it up on the top, tied it with 3-4 pieces of curling ribbon & add a fancy bow:T

I got my cellophane from Ebay (4 x 5m rolls in different patterns) Was about £18 including postage, but hopefully i'll have plenty left for next year. (Only got it on Ebay because it was easy, & i'm a bit lazy!!)
