that is fantastic :D co-incidentally I have finished mine today too. In the end it turned out as a chilli/spices basket. It is for OH's birthday on Wednesday so will take a photo as late as possible in case he spots it on the camera.

Hope he likes it bun ~ although I'm sure that goes without saying :D

Thanks for the great ideas. Haven't sorted the photo yet but have 'basket' finished. Instead of a basket I got a plastic cd storage box (with lid) from B&Q for £3.98 and she can use it afterwards. Wrapped it with lovely tissue wrap and filled with Charles Worthington hair products (all half price at Sainsburys), contents of a gift box, reduced to £5 at Sainsburys, which supplied some lovely bath goodies plus a teddy, some 'Emergency' chocolate on offer at Sainsburys for £1.49 per bar. To this I added the freebies from a couple of magazines I heard about on this site - a full size Benefit lipgloss for the £2 price of Glamour and free mascara & pencil from Sugar magazine. I added some sample size Dermalogica stuff I got free and I think I managed the whole gift for less than £20. I know she'll be delighted with it and can't wait to see her face.

Hi there, wonder if anyone can help, was looking through ebay and found a shop that sells really nice personalised labels for chocolate, wine bottles etc but out of my budget range for the basket I want to do for my sis. How can I make a similar one that will stick onto a wine bottle? It would look really good, but if I bought the one I wanted, it's over the budget I allocated for the entire basket!!

Just realised it's Father's Day this coming w/e......thought the offspring could do a 'Home Movie Night' for their dad, with a couple of bottles of those funny-named beers & some microwave popcorn:p

If you'll excuse me, I'll go for a quick nosey to see if there's anything like a Gift Voucher on Blockbuster--he has ssoooo many dvds & such weird tastes that I dare not suggest buying one! I'm in MrA later today so I'll have a look for a cheapie dvd case while I'm there....

Ok so I love the chilli basket idea, can you tell me what is in it? I can see nandos sauce and loose chillis but what else? .... I have bought some infused oils for my fathers day hamper, but I may well do a small one of chilli things aswell :)
