    I can see it - its some biscuits and a dustpan & brush has been used as the hamper. Cool idea.

    I use shredded tissue paper and just dump some in the basket (I found that one bag from FlowerHour has enough for two baskets), pull it apart a bit to stretch it out and that's it really.
