This a mug I got made for my friend. It matches the coaster at the bottom which was the inspiration for it. Theres some mallows and hot chocolate in it. She was very impressed :)

Here is a hamper which I made today for teachers gifts ( made 4 in total )
Wine was £1 offer in Asda.
Options 2 X 25p, mini mallows about 30p & pure cocoa ( decanted form jar ) bundled together & bound with a printed piece of card on the pc.
A Tesco notebook, 44p covered with a few nice pieces of paper & some ribbon.
    Green & Blacks chocolate £1.25 ( offer of 2 for £2.50 in Tesco )
All organised in a display box which I got free from Tesco 9 they use them to display christmas goods in just now ) & wrapped in cellophane with curly ribbon.

what a great idea to use the Tesco display boxes!!! will go tomorrow and see if they have any left! Did you ask, or what did they say at the checkout ;)
    Lovely hamper hoghead

    Lovely hamper hoghead

To be honest some still had stuff in but I shuffled things about so as to free some up. Basically refilled, tidied the shelves so I could get the ones I wanted.
I noticed they also have them in the gift isles in a lavender colour.
When I went through the tills I just said I had some empty boxes off the shelf & they were fine.

hogshead, I would be over the moon if one of my pupils brought this in for me, unfortunately I am training to be a secondary school teacher, and we get nothing!!!

Thanks for that. I know waht you mean as when ,my son left secondary I wanted to get something for the teacher but it's not 'cool' is it.

Just thought I'd put a couple more hampers up - only have one left to do, but won't be making that up until next week. Pictures aren't great, but hopefully the gist comes across

For Mum and Dad - based around the coffee machine (which was free), there's three types of coffee in small trial sachets, various biscuits and cake, a chutney, a marmalade whisky, raspberry and port coulis, a christmassy teatowel, unazukin, scented candle and Lilliput Lane tree decoration - overall it cost approx £21 (about a third of rrp) :D

For grandparents - both are basically the same - christmas teatowel lining the base, biscuits, two jams, shortbread, panettonne, unazukin and Lilliput Lane, but the first (for grandma) has a Laura Ashley throw and a small christmas pudding, and the second (for Grandma and Grandpa) a 'tea for two' set and small christmas cake. Both came in at around £17 (just under half rrp) :D

(this one was photographed half wrapped as I almost forgot)
