Help! Advice needed re best package for me, and anyone know about Freecall via telcom

I am currently an 'orange' pay as you go Customer.
I regularly call 1 'orange'mobile number (if I change network provider then so will this phone), and calls can be lengthy to that number.
Otherwise I use mobile occasionally to ther mobiles and landlines and text occassionally.
I recently received an email telling me about 'Freecall' mobile tariffs provided by TELCOM.
The literature says that for £10 per month you will get free calls to any other Free call number ... provided calls are less than 15 mins long, you can of course put disconnect before 15 mins and recall again.
Has anyone heard of this service or indeed is a Customer? and if so what do you think of the service.
It almost seems too good to be true.. but if it is true it would save me a lot of money.
Alternativly does anyone know of any other packages that may be suitable for the usage descibed at the beginning of this note?
Thanks for your help.
