    Agree with the other posts.

This is one situation where compensation is most probably deserved. Really do think you need to read with a little more attention to detail and establish the facts before spouting gibberish.

OP - if you wish to pursue a claim, I would suggest getting proper legal advice upfront as this would be a situation where pre-action protocols (in other words a procedure to be followed) would apply to any Court proceedings.

In fairness the OP wasn't asking for thousands in compensation... merely to be compensated for the loss of earnings... To me that isn't the sign of the usual compensation greed often brought out in people these days... :)

    We've done this....

It is not unreasonable to make a claim in this instance.

you must meet some expert and file lawsuit, as this is clearly a case of negligence.

Thank you all for yours posts, they are much appreciated.
Its help me decide what to do do.........
I am still having problems with my jaw, so I am going to ask my doctor to refer me back to the hospital ( my jaw is very noisey when i chew on food). One of the worst things about this episode is,I had taken my daughters, ages two & seven with me.........to incourage them to go in the future.

You should take advice from some other dentist too, it will help you, don't regularly visit the same doctor. And I wish this instance never happen to your kids rather anyone else as its painful.
