Orange-balance of minutes.

Since taking out mobile contract with Orange, balance of minutes has not worked online or via their contact number 150. Have written and called to no avail. Told this is free service but as is does not work and is free tough luck. I have written stating that it was sold as part of the contract and even though you say it is free it forms part of the contract and one of the reasons I went with Orange. I consider them to be in breach of contract and would like to tell them where to stick it. I have spoken with their customer retention department who told me to set my phone to record call times so I can keep a check that way only on checking my phone does not have this facility. I am thoroughly disenchanted with them and not a happy bunny and would welcome others views or experiences and options to resolve.
