Your father could set up a standing order and do it that way, as he would be in control then.
As for a payment plan by booklet or card and then take those details and set up the standing order. The water companies don't offer the service but they can't stop you doing it as that is how I have been paying my bill for years.There is a race of men that don't fit in; A race that can't stand still;
So they break the hearts of kith and kin, and roam the world at will.
