New Combi Boiler - But Which one??

Our boiler is on its last legs.
So we need to get a new one, but which one?
There are so many.
We have a mid sized 3 bed semi.
And we will be running the Central heater, Hot Water and a single shower from the boiler.
The current boiler is an Ariston EuroCombi.
I am currently tempted towards a Worcester Condensing Combi boiler.
Any one know of any specific models that are good??
Or other makes?
I have also heard that Ideal are a good cheaper alternative to the Worcester.
Thanks,
Mark

I have just seen this boiler a Potterton Gold 28 HE Combi boiler.
It comes with a 3 year warranty (most are only 2 years)
And comes with a timer (most are an extra cost)
Is it any good??0 -
hi m4rky, i just updated my post on another message.
i was quoted a worcester boiler 4 months ago. but now my plumber is suggesting a vokera one..it's not really the cheapest brand. at the moment i have ravenheat. he said that is the cheapest one. I've moved in to my flat 2 yrs ago, and after 1.5 yrs, the boiler broke down. i was told that it's 14 yrs old.
i told the plumber i'd go for the vokera one. will save me £130.
not sure if i made the right decision tho. i dont have any plans of staying long in my flat anyway.
i understand u live in the stockport area. i am from hazel grove, and the plumber i got, i just got it from yell.com. if u need his details, let me know.0 -
seaweed5254: Thanks for the reply
What model Vokera boiler did you get??
How long do you have to wait for him to fit the boiler and how long does he need to fit it?
Will he do Flush the system first before installing??
If you could PM me his details that would be great.
Thanks again0
