i wanna complain about someone working in new look!

to be honest your complaint has been dealt with i doubt anything will happen to the manager especiallyif she is doing her job well , she will also say you were very rude and she was being assertive to take control of the situation id have asked her to appoligise when you spoke on 2nd occasion and move on0

well well well, i went into new look today to collect my reciept and i spoke to one on the girls, she called the manager and i had to go up to the manager to get the reciept. As she handed it over, she asked if i have a problem wit her as yesterday when i called up new look to found out her name, i had to describe to one of the girls who i was talking about and i described her as being chubby. The girl i spoke to went and told the manager that i said 'the plump manager'! I told her exactly what i had said and that she had been rude yesterday to me and her attitude was really bad. She said she didnt even have to get the reciept for me (which i knw she didnt) and that she went in her tea break to find it for me (a lie really as she started work at 9am and she called me on the house phone and left a message that she has found the recipt at 9.29am!) I just said i had to go....her attitude was still stinking really. Still, no apologies, If she really wanted to cover her back, she should have apologised.0

I'm confused here, how could she go back over how ever many days to find a particular receipt and print it out? The fact you had proof of payment by cheque or card was proof enough, you didn't actually need the receipt.0

i didnt know this until OH told me that the store can look back into the till or something and print out a duplicate recipt. I did pay by New Look card but i thought i would need a reciept incase something did go wrong with an item. Im sure some stores dont accept just proof of payment by card.....just cant seem to remember which store.0
