Anybody know where I can get spare bulbs for this heater please?
Everywhere I look the bulbs are 21.5cm long and this heater uses 20cm long ones.
Only had the thing 4 weeks and 2 of the bulbs have blown already.

Hi
Funnily enough, I have the same heater and a bulb has gone after a few weeks. I took it apart last night to see if I could change the bulbs and found the same as you - they are 20cm long!
If you find a replacement, I would appreciate knowing too.
Alternatively, we could make one good heater out of our three bulbs. It might last until easter!

If I can't find spares by Monday it's going back to the shop, what's the point of selling the thing if you can't get spare bulbs?0

Which shop did you buy yours from? Mine was ordered online so it's a pain to send it back.0

Local factory outlet, still looking for replacement bulbs though.0

Hello all, first post here.
I was motivated to register after seeing this thread, I have the ES131 which is only a couple of months old and two of the three tubes have blown already. I went to ebay and bought a 3 pack of Kingavon tubes which are 21.5cm but they are too short
It seems they are only just short, say 1cm, but I'm not having much luck with finding 22.5cm tubes. Why can't they just be standard sizes?0 -
Well, I'm taking mine back for a refund, what's the point of selling something where the bulbs cannot be replaced?0

I noticed a message sticker on mine when I opened it up: "No user replaceable parts inside".
What? You mean we have to just buy a new heater every few weeks to get the new bulbs? Hardly green is it. :mad:0 -
Well, if it says that then the bulbs should be covered by a years warranty, so I'd get them to sends you a new heater.0

It sounds like you are unlucky with your heater. I have had a connect-it heater for a couple of years now and no bulb problems.
As has been said, just get a refund and get another one.Know the difference between what you WANT and what you NEED. :T0 -
It's probably how the local outlet handled them as I had to go through 3 boxes to find one without a broken bulb, (the box rattled when I first picked it up).
Should have known better and just moved on.0
