I would assume the credit agreement in null and void as the Op has not done what he signed to do, surely it is the same as paying the deposit with a rubber cheque.

Personally I think the OP is a troll.

    2 car dealers " undercharging " in a week, how novel. :D

wounders: could it be the same company???

OP take the cash to them. (if you havent spent it- then shame on you as potentially you could have the car taken from you end up in court and paying more in the long run)

as for the rest arguing, PROSECUTION FIRST THEN A COURT CONVICTS, arguing spelling mistakes is just silly in its own right and those pulling people up on it shouldnt really do it as it contradicts the forum etiquette and rules the spelling may not be to your standards but i remind you your breaking the forums standards and rules.

He went there knowing how much he needed to pay, he left the showroom without paying and is now trying to find ways to avoid paying it at all.

It may be a lot of things but it's still not theft.

  • I know it's late but the salesman rang me and I paid over the phone. Sorry if offended anyone. It certainly would of been dishonest
