No doubt they are trying to protect themselves from scammers, but not only they are not protected at all, but their account won't last very long if they carry on like that.
Personally I would neg.0 -
Still not received item so getting inpatient now, will defo be leaving a neg for this transaction!
He has 100% feedback in the past so obviously others buyers have not been bothered about waiting for their item.0 -
You could open a dispute for item not received and that might make them send you the tickets.0

Paying for special delivery and still waiting, it's totally unacceptable.
A lot of sellers work their buts off to post daily (or as soon as they possibly can if that's not possible), you have been very patient but he's taking the mikey.
PS maybe this is a new idea they have had, or they only use for certain items, or even there was something that made them think you could be a scammer (previous feedback left/received, address, communication, or whatever may cross their mind...).0 -

If he said he would post Monday then they should be with you today by 1pm.
Definitely a neg and low stars for dispatch and communication.0 -
Received the tickets today 9 days after i paid for them!
I messaged the seller yesterday to see if he had posted them and to say i was annoyed at waiting.
He sent me this reply: Apologise for the delay, I have posted the tickets out today they will be with you tommorrow, I understand you point about the slow release of the tickets but as I'm sure your aware buyers are free to request money back at any time so I wanted to be sure the money was withdrawn.
Apologise
Ben.
At least i have them now, was getting concerned i wouldn't receive them.

The daft thing is that by attempting to protect himself (wrongly) by withdrawing his paypal funds he actually lost all paypal seller protection. So his safety issues actually make him a target for a scammer.

I wonder if he actually had the tickets himself or was waiting to get them. Did he have a photo of the actual tickets?
What are his DSR for dispatch times like, he may still have 100% pos FB but bad dsr's.0
