Looking for best 12 month FLR

Would like the Motorola V3i phone on 12 month contract and 12 month FLR, don't mind which provider. Prefer at least 400 Xnet mins/100 texts. If not O2 would like to port number.Does anyone know of such deals? Thanks.

TMO are very strict about their cashbacks and its recommended you use every precaution when dealing with them, always special delivery, always within a week of the bill specified, follow conditions to the letter and you should be ok.

Just checked & was about to post about mobile outlet & in the meantime it was mentioned - they are not one of the providers I would prefer, but they do seem to be trying - they have a forum presence on a few forums which is a start.
