I'm on the Dell website but im not sure which driver to download, and help please ?

One of these will probably have them
(2)Drivers and utilities cd , drivers, diasnostics & utilities , computer documentation



(4) drivers sofware for microsoft, Drivers, dianostics and utilities, online documentation , modem on hold.

I would try 2 first then 4 as below

I tried to click on update driver but it either wants to connect to Internet to do it which I cant connect to, Or want a Cd which im not sure is which one ? Today 2:46 PM

I would imagine the drivers you want (initially) are on the disc marked:

(2)Drivers and utilities cd , drivers, diasnostics & utilities , computer documentation

I've tried first cd (not sure whats happened)

Trying the second one now., hoping it would fix, fingers crossed.

The 3 in bold are left in yellow with question marks,
the other 2 have dissapeared.

What should I do next

I've run the "4" cd and theres still the above 3 errors

did you try clicking on the yellow triangle and choosing update driver for that device. Then put in the drivers CD and see if it finds the driver. Repeat with each yellow triangled item.
If one CD doesnt have the drivers on, another one might so if it cant find a suitable driver on one, it might on another one.
The weird look to the version of windows is most likely because your VGA driver is not installed and so you are only getting low resolution at the moment. If it cant find any drivers, you havent ruined anything as it will stay as is..

Thank you, I've just tried one cd, It's not worked, Just going to try second one.

As already stated the mostly likely CD is the second one, however you will need to navigate to the relevant directory containing the device drivers.
