I don't see any reasons for this to be different for any other faulty sim-card.what should I do if my iPad micro-SIM card is faulty?
If you are having problems with your iPad micro-SIM card, please contact us by calling your normal customer services number.
If the micro-SIM card is diagnosed as faulty, a free of charge replacement will be sent to you as quickly as possible.0 -
The only exception might be VERY old payg plans (like OVP) where they want them off the system. We were always told there was no way a new sim could be offered for those. . .0
