Backdated Itemised billing- Orange
I phoned Orange to receive backdated itemised billing for my contract phone for the past 6 months. I paid three pounds per month per bill. This morning I have received my 'backdated billing'- although it is not itemised. It simply states the number of texts and minutes used per month. Is this what Orange mean by itemised billing? I expected to see a list for each month with the numbers contacted, with a time for each day in the month. Has this been an oversight, should I phone again?

Are you not registered as looking at your account online? If you are just go into each months bill and you'll get you itemised bill here.0

Unfortunately every time I have tried to log in to my online account with Orange, it comes up with an error page. This happens with both myself and my partners Orange accounts, so I have given in and opted to receive these by paper.
Am I right in thinking then that the backdated 'itemised' bill should be just that?0 -
I've had problems with the online accounts too, but if you phone them they should be able to get it working for you. The info on there is quite detailed & itemised, but I'm not sure if they will backdate it?0

I've never been able to access the online account to view it, but when I read the bit telling me what I get if I do sign up online, it states I can see 24months of detailed bills in pdf format. Do you know if this is itemised or not?
Looks like more calls to Orange to fix the online service and also to receive what I originally requested through the post.0 -
Yes the pdf format should be itemised too.0
