lol, well i never thought it would message the seller
all i did was click through "resolve a problem"
    "i havent recieved my item"
and that was it.didnt think it would notify the seller
plus i had left +FB and the RM tracking had updated since it was delivered by PDA

Your experiment was actually quite useful, as we now know how it happens. If I get the same message I know not to worry, although I'd contact the buyer (particularly if they have not left fb yet...)

I've just got the snotty reminder to pay.
I know ebay sent it though, and I'm paying coc when I pick it up the w/e, but even so, if I didn't know ebay sent it, not the seller...............

I've never got one as a buyer ('coz I'm good, I pay straight away...), I'd be interested to see what is says.
Is it the same as the reminder I have on Selling Manager:
Don't forget to pay for your item. Thanks!
    Hi <username>,

Thanks for your recent purchase on eBay! Please remember to pay for your item so that the seller can dispatch it as soon as possible.

Thanks again for shopping on eBay!

No, it is an ebay message, it's been sent two days after I won. It's not off the seller (well I presume not) as I'm picking it up and paying next week, as agreed.

The one I quoted is not my message, it's an ebay message sent automatically 48hrs after an item has been purchased, which I can see on Selling Manager but can't amend in any way.
This one doesn't sound too snotty, what does the other one say?
