That's how I live..... except for the fact their equipment's expensive. . . and I don't shave.
It's not actually messy, or actually untidy ... there's just a few things out where they shouldn't be. Could be tidied and immaculate within 5 minutes tops.0 -
Not if the pictures are taken by the estate agent, agents don't have the right to go shifting people's stuff around. If the occupier was present you'd expect the agent to suggest moving the ironing board, but as others have said maybe it's tenanted? If anything it's a good example of why tenants should always be present when agents visit you can never be sure what they'll do, if they'd taken pictures like that of my place I'd be asking for them to be taken down.
