    Well done to daughtercas. :j

Sorry you're so poorly Camelot, look after yourself. xx

Well I am having a wee half hour rest before I get on with being supermum today, lots and lots to do, and don't know where to start, so I thought, "MSE! :D" Just having a cuppa and avoiding the scales, I am desperate to weigh myself but holding out for once a week, this has got to be the final time I do this. I have promised myself. ;)

Have a lovely afternoon all - oh, OS is veggie chillie for dinner, bean chilli for me though, and I have bread to make tonight.

    Congrats DaughterCas

((hugs)) Camelot - and everyone else not 100%

Sorry to be MIA, but been packing and ready for departure in the morning. Mainly done, now just sorting out a bit of paperwork. Back in the UK late Saturday, via Eurotunnel. Doing a flying trip home as DS will be home when we get there :o

uloypool Another hug for DS here, we had a session with our DS when he was 10/11, In swimming he was 5th in the town in a competition and a week later couldn't manage a length  Consultant put it down to a "virus" and also said he would say it was ME but he did not believe in it, and for DS to rest. DS didn't believe in it either and would not give in, went in the goals at footy as couldn't run around, eventually he was diagnosed with anaemia, and a course of iron tablets later I had our DS back, and he has never looked back. BUT YOU DO FEEL SO D@MN HELPLESS. He has an interview today at Centre Point to be a volunteer mentor - heaven knows how he will fit it in, but he will, he feels he wants to do something to help others.

Right had better go, had a use up this lunch time so only a snack to tonight, plus of course a fancy ice cream at the bar/restaurant, cannot miss our music night.

    Take care all. DG

Tappers I have loved Marchlands too - shame it is the last one tonight

Dinner tonight is L/O sliced beef in gravy that I found in the freezer with sweet potatoes (for DH and DS), cauliflower mash and brussels.

Sistercas - Well done to your DD :D

Camelot - take it easy xx

Well I have to say it could be my imagination but I think my fitness levels have improved doing Shred. To avoid stuffing my face all afternoon I put on a Rosemary Conley Salsacise and I found the 20 min session quite easy, something I've not found previously :D So now I just need to stop filling my face and I'll be on the way to getting slim in no time........and the filling of the face is the hardest part :o:(

Hi Chums ,my pal June has just gone home, and since she's been here on Tuesday she has emulsioned the spare room ceiling, glossed the paintwork and papered the room bless her.She will be back next Tuesday as we are going out to lunch (my treat) and then to buy some new curtains and nets for the spare bedroom windows.Only four weeks this Saturday until our holiday.I think she will need it by the time we go away.Just going to have some dinner then do some knitting tonight.History club tomorrow afternoon then to my hairdressers afterwards for a trimI am slowly vanishing behind a thick mop of hair as I haven't been since begining of December.Hope everyone is having a good day.
taplady I showed June the leaflets you kindly sent, and she was very pleased .Hopefully we can meet up during the week we are at the cottage for a cuppa somewhere, its the least I can do for all your thoughtfullness.
    Cheers chums

JackieO - glad you've had a nice visit with your friend and that she was pleased with the leaflets. x

been a busy afternoon, just had tea, got to wash up then walk the dogs and go and collect DS from work!

Treated myself to a cast iron casserole dish today - wanted one for a while and didn't buy anything while I was in Devon so I got one from Morrisons and used my 10% discount card! :)

sistercas - well done to your DD! :T
