Asda flowers refund still not received

had trouble with asdaFLOWERS,had flowers sent to wifes work valentine day,turn up and they were total rubbish,black petals very tiny flowers falling aprt. took them in to local asda they said they were a totally unacceptable. the girl on customer service rang asdaflowers and was told my account will be credited as we speak but take 3-5 days to show in bank a/c,still waiting 2 march.made4 phone calls every time they say they have put in request for refund from suppliers but no response. have said to them i bought flowers from asda not there suppliers but no joy. have sent letter to asda house guess what ? no reply. was also asked what was wrong with flowers after i told them they said i should of pulled off black petals and they be ok!!!!!! You try to ring someone to complain and get put through to asdaflowers the very people u want to complain about!!!!!! Asda take money from you quick enough they should put some of it back into customer relations.

after 3 weeks of phone calls and being told i would get refund finally had letter from asda saying im NOT going to get refund as there supplier says flowers were as descrbed on website , not damaged but they would say that wouldnt they Grrrrrrrrrr .They were terrible!!!!!!! Shown too staff in store and they agreed

If I worked in Asda and a customer came in waving a bunch of flowers I would agree with anything to quieten them down

they were ordered online,turned up at wifes office ,when she came home i tried ring asdaflowers no reply so went in store and showed them flowers and customer service girl rang them for me and was told i would get refund as we speak!!!!!.i phoned loads times and been told they requested refund still waiting,tried complaining and u get put through to the very people ur trying to complain about ,also told to pull of black outer petals becaus they leave these on??? went back in store and they rang again and they were asked if it was a certain type of design as they have had alot of complaints about them!!!!!, had letter today saying flowers as described on line (nothing on there saying about black petals) and not getting refund.been back to store and they going to ring back tomorrow.the flowers were 12 roses in bag looked more like button holes very small ,petals were black even the white flowers with them were very dry and flaky an they were £240

Do you still have them? or a picture of them? You should stick to your guns on this one as getting a replacement doesnt really help you. Just keep pressing on the point that they were of poor quality and not as pictured and they should cave. Keep liasing with your local store as well.0

If you post a picture I might be able to tell you what is wrong with them. Flowers are a graded product, Florists generally buy a higher grade/longer stem more expensive!! flower to the supermarkets - It could just be that they were a low grade to start with - Obviously that is no excuse for them though. Also all the supermarket flowers come from factories, made on a conveyor belt.......There will have been no care paid to them whatsoever.0
