Constant Flow (Condensate Pipe)

Hello Guys.
I have not long moved into a house which has a Combi Glowworm 30ci. I noticed the other day that the pipe(Which I think is the condensate pipe???.) underneath the flue outside is now constantly dripping and producing a Rusty/Dirty water which seems strange as I have not changed any settings or done anything that could cause this to my knowledge.
Has anyone ever had this happen to them and if so what could be causing this ?.
Should I seek an RGI to look at this or could it be a simple fix ?
Cheers

more likely the pressure relief pipe . I would say tou'd be looking at getting the expansion vessel recharged and possibly prv replaced, also get some inhibitor into the system when the leak is sealed. Are you topping the pressure back up? and is the pipe that's dripping made of copper?0
