    I don't entirely understand the question. Are you asking if having en-bloc parking will put people off buying the house? I don't see why it would but I am in an area where very few houses have driveways. Most houses have en-bloc parking and a lot just have on-street parking. I have never lived anywhere as an adult where we could actually park outside our house although I must say we've always been able to see [part of] the car from a window.

    We also have a mid-80s 2-bed mid-terrace down a pathway and I consider us to be very lucky that we actually have a garage and parking space. A garage is almost gold dust in FTB territory let alone a space for a second car.
