upgrqading from singlepoint to vodafone

After the extreme rudeness of singlepoint call centre staff I want to end my contract with them. I am out of contract, so no problem there. At the moment I am looking at going to Orange, but does anyone know if it is possible to upgrade from singlepoint to Vodafone? I'm guessing probably not, but if anyone has tried it can you let me know know

Have you tried calling them to see what they will offer you? i called looking at a second contract with singlepoint as any problems ive had have been helpfully solved and was put through to vodafone who offered me a great deal which i jumped at.

Singlepoint are owned by vodafone now as far as i'm aware. I binned singlepoint two years ago now, their customer service is an absolute disgrace, staff are rude, obnoxious and down right unhelpful in my opinion. I would not touch them with a barge pole ever ever again! Of course they will be extremely helpful to sort you out a new contract, but thats where the helpfulness will end once they've nailed you for another year. My advice- cut your losses! (Rant over!)

Hi, I was a singlepoint customer on a vodafone contract for 12 months then joined vodafone on line through the vodafone website as a new customer taking advantage of their on line tariffs, had no problem whatsoever but obviously had to have a new number.
