Help - Need cash but don't want to resort to payday loans

  • So update - My dress sold for £12 and I got £15 back from the bra. I am in the process of counting out my coppers jar and am up to £22 - there is more which I will sort to night. I have a running total of £49 which isn't too bad.

    Any more ideas welcome

Have you been down the matched betting route?

With £49 in your pocket that should be enough to get you going, and can get some good profits quite quickly.

Happy to refer you for Betfair too

I don';t think I know enough about gambling to risk betting but thanks. I would probably lose it all!

"I have a JD Williams credit account and if I am totally desperate I can get things on that to sell at a loss and pay for later but I really don’t want to go down that route for reasons I am sure you can imagine!"-i cant see how that would work....

I think the OP means that s/he would buy things from JD Williams (who charge quite high prices) on credit - meaning they didn't have to pay them off immediately. Then they could sell the goods giving them some instant cash.

If you have an internet connection at home, try Peopleperhour, elance, freelancer or odesk for jobs you can do from home.

If you are brave enough you could try webcam work, but it depends on how you feel about flashing to strangers....
