I'd be a bit worried about...

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Vlina] rundll32.exe "C:\WINDOWS\osoruwuyanacuro.dll",Startup

...I couldn't find any information about it on the 'net.

    EDIT: And this one too...

    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Njujeqi] rundll32.exe "C:\WINDOWS\tsroli.dll",Startup

Did you have a virus on your PC in the past? I think there's one or two that attempt to re-infect your machine by creating random filenames that activate on a reboot. Hopefully your virus scanner stopped that process from working properly but unfortunately left the triggers in the bootfile.

Did Hijack This give you an option to remove these lines from the boot sequence? Definitely worth getting rid of them so you don't keep getting load errors.

I didnt have a virus but a couple of the people in our office have had a system tools type virus, when our server was checked it was on there to so could have come from that.

What i have done is fixed everything aliEnRIK has said apart from the three i mentioned above as i know they have something to do with our work server,

Am running a quick scan now with malwarebytes and will post results

You need to do a full scan

Fair bit of bloat on there, especially for a work pc.

    Please run COMBOFIX
    http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
    Shut down your anti virus
Follow the simple instructions it gives
Post the COMPLETE log it creates here (Split into sections if need be) ~ if there are loads of 'SNAPSHOT' pages then leave them out

If it comes up with a RENAMING error then RIGHT click the exe file and RENAME and call it QWERTY (Making the complete file name 'QWERTY.exe') Or SAVE as 'QWERTY' on download
(If no log comes up or you lose it, COMBOFIX.TXT can be found in C drive)
