    Nope. If you haven't signed a fixed-term tenancy agreement then you are almost certainly on a periodic tenancy. The notice required from the tenant on a periodic is one month coincinding with the rent-day and the landlord needs to give the tenant two months.

    oh well thats better then still abit tight tho, hubby says he thinks the landlords out of the country cause hes getting an odd dial tone and no answer, so i think i'll phone EH later and see wat they say
