I line a loaf tin with foil and freeze, then when it's frozen solid I remove the tin and tuck a piece of paper with the description and date made on it and wrap the whole thing in cling. These make very convenient blocks in the freezer so it's easier to fit more in. Pop them back in the loaf tin to defrost (I wash and reuse the foil too, cos I'm that cheap!).0

I use the take away containers - 99 p for 5 or so. I find that if Im gentle I can keep using them for months - they chip around the top but so long as you dont use the damaged ones for soup, its not a problem.Mortgage free by 30:eek:: £28,000/£100,000
