thinking of this if your finances are stil not sorted, then why the heck do the lawyers so concerned over a car's value at 2006 price. I mean if it was a Ferrari or a posh Merc, maybe they have apoint but surely the car would have been no more than £10k at the time. You should consider redirectly the question to ask them for upto date valuations of your ex's pension and savings, to ensure you get a more update valuation of the assets.

Mutley74 thanks for your help. Quite agree that the car was not a high spec car and hardly worth arguing over. I am trying to protect my assets and provide for kids. Pension values have been agreed but maintenance is still in debate.
