The weather really has turned, hasn't it?
I was in and out of taxis attending training today and it was an odd mix of blinking cold, followed by monsoon, followed by drizzle, followed by purple clouds and rainbows.
What on earth are they putting in the free coffee? :rotfl:
Dinner sounds lovely, it's never a bad thing to up the old veg intake.0 -

mmmm....Ed, I am really not sure what was in your coffee, but can I have some :rotfl::rotfl:
Right about the weather turning. Still only got the heating on for 4 hours in the evening though - will see how long we last.

Cleaning stuff they use at work has made my eyes, throat and nose really sore and now I have a headache.
Moan over, the noisy ones have gone out and its nice to have some peace and quiet.
Packaging supplies ordered along with prepared fruit for jam/marmalade making for a friend.
Put my second £co claim in.
Decided to wait until I go to the dentist on my week off (in two weeks) before I put my claim in for the costs - saving on the stamp:rotfl:and paperwork.
Watched some TV last night and didn't fall asleep! First time in the last few weeks. In bed at 11.05pm last night - woke up at the dreaded 4.30am, but closed my eyes tight and refused to be drawn in by it!
Tonight's tea is hairy bikers' Sausage Casserole - saw it on the TV last week and fancied trying it. All ingredients from stores/freezer - so no additional spends required! Even got all the bits of ciabatta bread out of the freezer to use to mop up sauce. Yay!
Happy Wednesday eveyone - its coming round fast this week.

Sounds nasty - are you particularly susceptible to such things? I hope they have carried out a proper COSHH assessment
Your tea sounds very virtuous, Mrs E has asked for a Chinese and I am not arguing.0 -
Happy Wednesday to you too MCI.
Yum sausage casserole! I just polished off steamed salmon and plenty of veggies (including carrots from our garden!) plus the biggest dollop of mayo (I'm eating by myself so no one to cast disapproving glances!).MFW: Nov 2008 £156k, Jun 2015 £129k, Jun 2017 £114k.0 -

The salmon sounds good MRN.
Sausage casserole was great, wil be trying with different sausages etc... to ring the flavour changes, but I wouldn't be surprised if it becomes a MCI staple over the Winter.Get you,. with your First Aid-y type stuff :rotfl:.
I mentioned the COSHH assessment to DH (as he is H&S and deals with chemicals - amongst other things) he was laughing - but then asked if they had!:rotfl:Mortgage Free x 1 03.11.2012 - House rented out Feb 2016

Walked down the town today - not as cold as earlier in the week.
Trying to get out more at lunchtime to stop me stagnating.
Sausage Casserole was good - have some beans and sauce leftover, so will freeze and use with cous cous another time.
I accidentally got a small piece of frying steak out of the freezer instead of the bacon bits I needed yesterday - so we are having Beef Stirfy tonight! (Managed to defrost what I needed in the microwave as far as bacon is concerned). I really must learn to label things better!
Nothing much more from the list or MSE today.
So will wish you all a pleasant Thursday. (Cos tomorrow is Friday!!!!)
