Quidco and Vodafone offer
Hi All, It's time I need some advice. I've just been emailed the quidco deal with vodafone, and it's fantastic.
A 12mth sim only deal @ £15 per month (330mins, unlimited txts, 500mb data) and you get £115 back with Quidco. This sounds brilliant and perfect for me.
However, I've tried to use Quidco before (fridge freezer) from Curry's and it never worked. I also used it for a laptop from Dell and didn't work. This was over a year ago and went through all the correct precedures and put in claims, but both times they were refused.
Now I want to do this Vodafone thing, but I'm worried it will get refused and not track properly.
How do I do it correctly? I've followed all the correct procedures, but the URL it goes to (once you click on the monthly tab) is the same as if you didn't go through quidco.

Click on the voda link through Quidco and off you go.
The page won't look any different to normal page as it's the same page just that you've linked through quidcoIt's not just about the money0 -
Or better still, do all that and order it via Topcashback - you've a better chance they'll actually pay up.0

I've had over £1,000 from Quidco and never a problem. But you have to factor in that you might not get the money.0

Well, was just going to do a post like this, I did the sim only £25 12 month offer advertised as £160, tracked at £15 and no response for Quidco support.
I have flashbacks of last summer an offer on Orange through Quidco for a free Xbox, never arrived, and according to Quidco I have received it.0 -

On the Vodafone page on the Quidco website it clearly states:
"Uplifted Commissions
All Vodafone orders will track and validate at a base rate. Once validated the remaining cashback amount will then re-track into your account by the 20th of the following month."0 -
I always clear my cookies and cache upon closing browser and always restart my broswer again before going to quidco. I am sure that there are failures at tiomes for all those in the service industry, but I have not yet had a porblem with Quidco, inclduing several CB from Vodofone. I am also considering this CB offer as my existing VF contract is abou to expire. Good luck.0

Never take a deal just because of the cashback (especially with Quidco!). Cashback should be seen as a bonus that you 'may' get. Some days you're the dog..... most days you're the tree!0

Quidco was a problem when I bought through currys, although had orange deals via them fine took a few months.0

Only £1,000? I got nearer £6,000 and won't use them again after losing several hundred pounds because of them - AND they still actively promote the merchants who renaged on what was on offer. Use them at your peril; get out of jail disclaimers mean nothing when compared with their blatant disregard for their own customers (members once, cannon fodder now).0 -
Ok, thanks everyone. I guess it's an additional bonus, that's why I gave up with first two purchases - I would have bought them anyway.
However with this offer, it makes it more feasible to buy a new sim free phone and go on the sim only tarrif (which I would prefer).
The Topcashbacksite only gives £70 back.0
