There does seem to be a fair few recent threads on there. I am intrigued as to how people have found it! Maybe the threads still show up in a search?

It is the old board, which was split into Consumer Rights and this one ... Wowzers, I thought only BG's and Admin could see it! ;)

This was well split before the last date of posting on there which is 24-02-2011

do things just get stored there when removed from this board then?

Think we cross posted - no, posts don't get moved from this board to there. AFAIK the threads that end up there are ones that BG's have moved when threads have been posted on an incorrect board, but the BG doesn't realise that the board is no longer active (though surely any decent BG would know that, if we do?).

  • It's just that I was wondering if I had been "naughty" in some way and had been punished. I thought possibly due to the CISSL thread that I have started on that board a few times.

I started the thread, a few posters add to it and it then got deleted. No reason supplied, just disappeared.

I restart it again, usually with a few small changes such as removing the obvious connections between CISSL and SAS and, after a few other members posts, it disappears again.

I think that just after the fourth time I got the message about not being able to post or start threads when viewing the forum.

Hey ho, so where should one be posting warnings about ripoffs?

Any threads moved to the defunct boards are done in error as the list of the old boards are still available to Admin and BG's.

Thread reported to the Techie guys and the Forum Team.

I think it's either that they pick the wrong forum by mistake (which is so easy to do with a scroll whell mouse as it you nudge it you select something else!) or that they see the name and don't realise it's the wrong one.
