Car Finance; Missold and Confused as to where i stand.

Not sure if this is the right place to post this;
i took out a car finance loan with black horse via a ford garage.

the fulll story;
I went to have a browse at the cars avaliable at the garage, and a guy who worked at ford came out and started showing us cars like they do, and then next thing i know im being asked to take a seat in order for me to get a car, that in all honesty i liked but wasnt given a choice in having. we went through all the completation of a form for finance with black horse, and then was told to sign on the machine; although i wasnt sure what i was signing for the guy assured me i would agree to everything that was on there. He then printed off some paper work and handed me over a blank copy allong with the one in which i had signed of my finance agreement, which i wasnt really told anything about, made aware i was signing, or what i was agreeing too. As this is the first MAJORLY BIG thing iv ever got off of finance i wasnt sure how it all worked and didnt think nothing of it untill i phoned up black horse this month and asked to delay a payment, when i was told that the contract i signed had stated that i could only delay by a day ect ect. So with that i dug out my agreement and the small print on it is ridiculous! iv been sold something i wasnt aware was on there, nor did i no what id got myself into or how to get myself out of this agreement!

im so lost, i dont no where i stand or anything, i no longer want the car and have lost a job and my income is very very low so cant afford to even keep it on, in my small print it states even if i get the car repossessed i still have to pay half£4,500 which is more than what the car is worth itself!!!!!!!!

can anyone help me and clue me up on information and advice before i loose my marbles.

    I can't believe the cheek of that Car Salesman!!

    Imagine approaching a customer in his garage and having the sheer audacity to sell him a car.

    I like to think the OP is a Troll, if not, please OP, never go out without a Parent with you.

    Absolutely gob-smacked by this post... Next thing you know, they'll be claiming that they were mis-sold the petrol for the car as they hadn't realised it would be reliant upon it in order to work...
    My posts are my own opinions based on my experiences and info gathered from sites such as this.
    They are not a substitute for professional financial advice - but you knew that already didn't you? ;)

    As I posted on another thread with similarities.

    You haven't been misled you just were stupid enough to not read a legal agreement before signing it. Unfortunately there are several posts like this on here on a regular basis. AND IT ALWAYS SEEMS TO BE CAR DEALERS OR FINANCE COMPANIES AT FAULT. If people don't know what they're signing they should stick to buying a car using cash. Most people don't think like that because they need the flashy car on the drive even though they can't really afford it. Save up in the future and buy a car you can afford. Good luck!:mad:

    Please insert here what happened inbetween looking at the car and then actually buying it. At what point was the gun held to your head when forced to sign for it?

    we went through all the completation of a form for finance with black horse, and then was told to sign on the machine

    Edited inbetween your post so you can fill in the gaps for us so we can comment on the bigger picture.
