Just UU a decleor face mask mini. That leaves a 15ml version and the essential balm I think? WISA again- nope, I love the smell, but i'm not entirely sure what it's meant to do. I am a young'un however, so maybe that's why it appears to have no effect?0

I need to fess up to buying some bits from LUsh today - my mother's day present - even though I'm not a mother...
I'll have about 12 items arriving if I count the individual items in the gift box...
no regrest just yet but i might be disappointed with myself when it arrives
I don't need any of it.
Realises that it's actually 12.33am and not 11.33pm so scuttles up to bed in shame.0 -

Let me get this right, in spite of knowing how buffed and pampered those on this thread are, you're offering to send your OH out to look for other ladies holes....?!:D;)mcculloch29 wrote: »Um, is it just me who thinks of them as being very different? Oooh.... For me, lotions are for lighter, warmer days, days when I feel that my skin is in good nick, they moisturise but give a fresh feeling too. Body butters are for colder days, days when you feel as if you want a warm layer next to your skin, to cosset and protect you. Sometimes it's a lotion day, sometimes it's a butter day.
Agree totally - in fact I'm not really much of a lotion fan - with the exception of the Holiday Skin type ones with the bit of self-tan in them.
Didn't manage to get the hair colour voucher to print in the end which was annoying. I have asked for the link to be e-mailed to me so I can print from there, but nothing has come through yet.
Couple of UU's and some IN's - but no actual spend
UU Clinique Blended Face Powder- WIBA? Yup! In fact already have another in the stash that I was bought at Christmas. it's my HG powder - lovely and light and not at all shimmery or sparkly as so many are.
UU L'Oreal gentle Eye makeup remover - WIBA? Well we all know the answer to this one by now, don't we!
The IN's are because I spent the Groupon Voucher at the Body Shop. I got:
Gift set consisting of :
Moringa Shower Gel
Moringa Soap
Moringa Body Scrub
Moringa body Butter
All in a nice little basket
Then also:
Satsuma Shower Gel
Pink Grapefruit Shower Gel
Mango Shower Gel
Shea Shower Cream
Plus the free gift for spending over £25:
Vitamin E Body Butter.
And the LYB card
I worked it out as being £61.50's worth of stuff for my £12 voucher spend, so am quite happy with that. I figured I might have done better waiting for a sale to be on, but then they might have pulled the shower gel offer again by that time, and the free body butter persuaded me just to go for it. No need of the naughty step as I did my time there when I bought the voucher.
Also bought 4 x mini tubes of toothpaste for £1 on the market earlier on but these were well and truly needed as I don't have much in the travel stash.🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

Can't remember individual names (sorry!).
The material was from Dunelm. It was £2.99 for enough to do 2 cushions. I got it from the remnants bin. I got some brown as well.
Lovely S&G stash. I love the look of the stuff and it works quite well on the whole. It's just the smell!
Off to bed, really tired and it's really late! XOXO re eBaying your S&G stuff, as long as u state its been opened many people will still buy, S&G does really well on eBay, I should know, I'm the one buying most of it! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Your pic made me
Butter vs Lotion- They aren't the same. I use butter on my legs as they are really dry, but lotion elsewhere. Now and again I have a good all over slathering of butter before bed, as a "treatment".
Kaz2904- Gorgeous cushion. I can't sew at all, I'm so jealous!
An IN- Sublime Mousse freebie from SD. I went for the Intense Hot Brown (?) as it was the reddest I could find. I have DD's voucher so may pick up another before it runs out on Thursday. She doesn't dye her hair, she's only 23 with beautiful shiny straight hair with its own natural highlights. Me, jealous??? :rotfl: I am going to write to L'Oreal about the lack of red options though, its not good enough, this is UK after all, the home of the ginge!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -

I agree with that too.I thought the same thing, how well do OPI varnishes go on? All mine are Avon ones and I don't know if it's the polish or just my lack of being able to apply varnish properly :rotfl:
I find that OPI can be hit and miss as well. There have been a few bottles that I've had where the formula has been streaky but I do enjoy applying it because of the brush It goes on really easily. I have just bought a bottle of Avon lacquer which I haven't done for years and am pretty impressed with the way it applied although I think the colour is not as glossy as other brands that I like ie OPI and Leighton Denny.Blonde_Ambition wrote: »Think I'll have to opt out of this challenge this month. I've bought a few bits in Tesco. And I had a facial and was told I have extremely sensitive skin. Today I bought some Dermalogica stuff, loads of people rave about it. I'm still trying to use stuff up before I buy anything unnecessary but I'm not going to persevere with things that irritate me or are basically no good. And I bought some expensive hair mousse. Oops. Better stop there!
See I don't think INs count if they are a necessity. If the other products you have don't agree with you there's no point struggling on with them.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

burt's bees lipbalm tin- WNBA- started off smelling like after eights (yum!) but turned into a horrible menthol smell which I hated. Really difficult to get out of the tin, didn't do much for my lips and pretty expensive too:eek: /QUOTE]
I'm using one of their lipbalms at the mo (in a tube rather than tub) and am not overly impressed. I bought the gift set of 3 when it was reduced in the Boots sale thinking they were the lip shimmers as I had a couple of those when I was last in the USA and loved them (doubled up as lip colour). Was being lazy yesterday and opened a tube of Leighton Denny Cutilips because I couldn't be bothered going downstairs to get the BB one out of my handbag. It's quite moisturising.Just UU a decleor face mask mini. That leaves a 15ml version and the essential balm I think? Which Decleor mask did you use? I love the Herbal Clay one which really brightens my skin after use. It could be that you're not using the right mask specific to your needs (if you have any).Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. now planning to use maple taffy (which has gone weird and gritty:huh:)
johnsons lip balm which is almost finished but my HG
and softlips which is really good but comes in a tiny 2g tube and costs about £2. It lasts me about 2 weeks with regular use:eek:
If you like the smell of after eight mints one to try when you need to is original source chocolate and mint shower gel, smells exactly like after eights and is divine to use.The devil makes works for idle hands0 -
Regards to the moisturising socks, Mr T's sell them and the gloves for £2.55 a pair, I saw these after I bought the BS ones, they look identical too. Why is that person on ebay selling them in ones when they have loads available, why wouldn't they pair them up? Weird. People like that do give ebay a bad name, I buy and sell on there and there are some horrible people but mostly good.
I couldn't get the hairdye voucher to print either:(, tried the e-mail thing and it just kept on going back to the box to enter your e-mail address in - gave up but was miffed.
Resisted the BS offer this week, resisted the S&G bundle on B**ts website but gave in on the sanctuary one yesterday, got a hot cloth cleanser for £10.20 used a acm voucher for 300 points on sanctuary and got the free me time treats box for spending more than £10. Also bought S&G Glow Job, 1/3 off so I gave in, have wanted to try for a while.
welcome newbies, xoxo, gorgeous S&G stash, some things there I've never even seen. Could you sell your wax strips on ebay? The devil makes works for idle hands0
