Ladies, just back from work. Thank you for the sage advice re scam pms, especially thanks to fixx for jumping in to advise so quickly :T.

Commiserations to those of you who weren't amongst the chosen few this time. Your time will come, no doubt!!

And it was only boring old life insurance was it kaz? You impetuous thing, you! How did I restrain myself from clicking the link?:D

Anyway, have been giving the thread a bit of a berth this month, as it tends to get me going on the old spending front and didn't want to be led astray this month as holiday planning is uppermost atm.

One confession. Was at the Trafford Centre on Sunday (on way back from overnighter in Manc having seen the lovely Aiden at XFactor Live with DD et al:D) Nipped into BS and treated myself to a Moringa soap for a very modest £1.80. The soap actually has much more fragrance than the shower gel. I'm going back to soap now and am giving up gels and handwashes, unless they're pressies. Much more MS!

Go for it Troods. You knew I would say that.... I hope!

I'd be a hypocrite of the first order if I didn't!

I'm teaching tomorrow so will miss Chelters Day 1 as I have done for years now. CH 4 highlights again.

Still haven't finished my lesson plans for tomorrow either, oops. Another late night.

i know i'm a bad influence on you all but anyone done the tesco DTD thing on olay total effects? wake up wonder is £14.29 in tessco and £7 in asda

DTD means you are paid basically 58p to buy ot off them?!

i am sitting on th naughty step in advance as am off to buy it tomorrow, anyone want to fall off the wagon with me?

That's a fantastic offer. I definitely won't be getting it but only because there's no Asda in Ireland. :D

I'm also getting tired of dedicating so much time to bargain hunting. I can just imagine going to a few different Tesco branches and having to queue at customer service, explain the price difference to staff...

It's a lot of work, just like the lloyds sale, boots sale, searching different shops for glamour magazines. We would all be less busy if we didn't do so much shopping.

Done my nails :T with number 17 Toasted Almond. Not sure where this nail varnish came from to be honest - I think it might've been one that DD1 decided she didnt want, but I really like it :)

I'm sure there was something else I meant to post, but I'll be blowed if I can remember what it was now!!!! :p

Another UU to report! Although I am cheating a little and targetting splutterers first. Also, I'm being very liberal when applying my lotions and potions - anything to get the stash down!

Cacherel Anais Anais Perfume - WNBA as although I used to love it someone told me I smelt like their Gran so that has put me right off!

Im liking the sound of these crackle nail varnishes - when Ive paid the stud, I may have to treat myself....

OBVIOUSLY to a colour that I dont have already, thus avoiding the naughty step...

on a lesser level - I have a dilemma ladies - I have a lad chasing me who is very keen.... Ive usually been out with younger men, and find them way more fun and less baggaged than older men or men my own age.... but at 37, should I really be seeing someone who is 25??? Its not like hes a teenager or anything - and he doesnt care at all..... (hes lovely, and looks after one of the horses running at Cheltenham tomorrow - so eeeek and keep everything crossed for him !!)
why are you paying for a stud when you have a hot young man after you????:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

p.s ....how much does a stud charge these days??????
