I think the OP has asked whether the letter meets the requirements of a letter before action, not what LBA means.
OP - as it is small claims court, there are no requirements as to what details it must contain.0 -

It's certainly not ideal, but until the company say that they haven't received the returned item, I'd keep trying to get the refund. They may (honestly or inadvertently) say that they have received the umbrella back. You never know...0 -

I have, but i've also used it for proof of posting depending on how it was referred to earlier in the post.
