    There are still people waiting for settlement from Vodafone for a year or more. Something to do with their affiliate, so we were told. I only got my settlement after 9 months or so by going direct to the affiliate chief exec.

    So you are probably right - you will get paid, or given the time they take, your executors will! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    I've just got a simplicity sim with O2 £10 month, unlimited text and 100 mins call time per month, no contract x

    Why not get a 12-month contract? You'd halve your monthly cost, and triple your call allowance...
