my friend as just brought one today and it won't send or recieve texts. been on to o2 and they have gone though somethings and its still not working they said to go a o2 store to see if they can get going. but brought it from argos. do you think she should return it

grrr i hate it when they do that, speak to o2 CS otherwise take it back to argos, their fault its a faulty phone not the o2 shop
