What does '24 replacement' on O2 Business Class extra actually mean?

Can't find any further description in the T&Cs anywhere.

Does it mean that you still need insurance?

Trying to work out best bundle is proving quite difficult when they don't explain what half the extras actually mean!

I'd assume it's either a replacement handset policy for 24 months, or that they aim to have the replacement handset to you within 24 hours, best way to find out is to phone and ask them
