Mobile Phone Insurance HELP
Wonder if someone can help, i recently dropped my Iphone 3gs in the toilet and its stopped working and I want to claim on my mobile phone insurance.
Only problem is, i purchased the phone of Ebay about 12months ago it never came with a store receipt
Can I still claim??

Water damage tends to be excluded. Also, did you tell your network that you'd changed phone's? Some will only cover the phone they supply you with?0

most phone insurance companies do not cover handsets that are second hand, even if you buy a brand new handset it is hard to get insurance once it is over a certain age.0
