Couple of days usually. Maybe 5 at a push. They are usually quite prompt.

I gave up with zooplus, after my house became infested with horrible little carpet beetles and their gross larve from a bag of dried tripe and ears from there!!!

The larvae were in dried meat treats... Carpet beetle was the nearest thing we could find to the little !!!!!!s!!!

Sorry to pick up on this but do you think the buys were the fault of Zoo Plus (ie the foods you bought were they packed by them) or whoever the food supplier was?
