True unlimited broadband in E3 postcode

Hi there,
I recently moved from E14 (where I was being served by BE's magnificent Broadband package) to E3 (which I sadly discovered was out of BE's coverage zone). I searched for hours trying to find an alternative but no matter what, every ISP seemed to be capped to a maximum of 100GB for the month (no off-peak perks). The mere principle of a cap is an irritatation for me and I would much rather do without it.
I eventually went with TitanADSL but even they're capped to 100GB - and kinda expensive too. However, it's a rolling contract so I'm free to migrate away at any point.
The gentleman at TitanADSL informed me that it was the Poplar exchange which controlled the cap and that there was nothing they could do about it.
Can you guys suggest an ISP in the E3 postcode (Bromley-by-Bow) which offers true unlimited ADSL? Or do you think the guy at Titan was being sincere?

I think the real problem at Poplar (which is longstanding) is sheer lack of LLU capacity. To get unlimited, you need to be on an LLU service-and I doubt if you'll currently be able to get connected by any of the LLU providers at Poplar until extra capacity is introduced.
Maybe someone has some info on what Openreach are doing to rectify this problem, which has been around for at least a couple of years now.
Why don't you work your way through the listed LLU providers and see what they all say?

Edit: TT are now reporting capacity available on Poplar-not that I'm recommending them! So I'm not convinced that any cap mentioned by Titan is due to any physical capacity problem. Once you've got a connection, it should be OK.No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
Thanks for that. I'm not sure that list is accurate as even BE seem to be listed as "Enabled". How frequently do you think SamKnows has their information updated?
I'm still waiting on Titan to connect me btw. My order seems to be delayed in BT's systems0 -
Be/O2 is enabled at Poplar, as the samknows data shows. The problem is that there is no spare LLU capacity available at present. No free lunch, and no free laptop0

Ah I understand. I don't suppose there's a site which can give us real-time information as to the number of spare slots (as they become available)?0

You'd need to check with BE/02.
Have you checked the other LLU providers also?No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -

BE* informed me last week that they wouldn't be able to cover my new postcode and would thus need to cancel my subscription. Bit sucky too that I would still need to pay for the next 30 days despite not being able to use it.
I checked with a few LLU operators but most of them kept limiting the quota to 75GB/100GB (I assume defaulting to their standard non-LLU packages). Frustrating.
I just sent off a mail now to BE asking when they'd be taking orders again or if they were able to foresee any slots opening up in the near future.0 -
XILO was one of those that I checked. These are their available packages and they're all capped to a maximum of 50GB (Pro & Fibre not supported):
