    The fact that it was visa may go in your favour.Also,the inspector was not independant was he?

    they do mention FIRA they also said it was in the allowable SAG range for a mattress 5cm apparently all mattresses are designed to SAG and upto 5cm is fine, so lets just hope it SAG's another 2cm and i will have a case.....

    You see, I would classify Mattresses as a consumable item, not a short term consumable, but over a long term the springs will stop holding as much spring, and it will sag.

    I dont know if my email to Martin Hansson actually made a difference but had a call this morning and even tho the mattress was still within acceptable sag allowance they have agreed an exchange... thanks one and all for all your help. Just goes to show persistence can pay off in the end.
