SeeTickets are hopeless at sending tickets out in time. I understand that they leave it to the last minute to try and stop ticket touts but whenever I order from Ticketmaster or Ticketweb they always send the tickets in plenty of time.

I only ever use SeeTickets now if I really have to.

Nottingham trading standards told me they had had so many complaints about this lot when I complained about mis-sold tickets.. I wont use them now.

Oh dear, two of my nephews work for See Tickets! I've never had problems as obviously I do everything through them. I'll definitely mention this thread to them though.

So far they have been OK and tickets have arrived within 7 days of events. I've even had follow up emails when tickets haven't arrived two weeks after purchase even though the event is sometimes over 6 months away.

When I bought tickets for my son and he had to collect the tickets on the night, the venue allowed me to give him a signed letter with all the credit card details to allow him to collect them without me there. Just make sure she doesn't lose the letter (though you may be able to just quote part of the number and the booking reference number).

After 3 days of trying to speak to someone at See tickets I gave up and called O2 in Birmingham and spoke to a very nice lady. She said it happens quite often and just to give a letter to my daughter and a copy of the confirmation e mail and she can pick her ticket up herself.

ell the tickets I bought the other day for a July concert have arrived today. I take back any concerned thoughts I had about them. If anything, their service has been very prompt and hassle free.

Perhaps Karma did play a part after all, I was clearly in line for some decent service for a change.
